A New Camera and the Perfect Nativity

No more blurry icky pictures on my blog! YAY! My mother-in-law likes to buy things for us for Christmas that we really need. We told her that we wanted a nice camera this year, as our current one was just awful. She surprised us on Thanksgiving by giving us our Christmas gift early, since we will be with my side of the family for Christmas this year. It was the camera that my husband and I picked out, and we are SO thankful. I'm sure you all are thankful as well as my photo quality on this blog is about to get so much better!

This is my old camera, which I bought in the beginning of 2007

And here is our new camera! It is a compact DSLRcamera
Here is the picture quality test. The first one is our old camera (notice how blurry it is?)

And the second one is with our new camera. I love how much crisper the photos look

By the way, isn't this nativity scene just adorable? I love matroyshka dolls (which open and all fit inside of each other) and I found this recently and knew it would be a perfect nativity scene for our mantle this Christmas. You can find it HERE if you are interested. It is not perfectly made, but it's good enough for $12.99.

I love to fellowship with others and hear what they have to say. I would ask, however, that you be mindful of what you write and try to be uplifting and respectful. Thank you for sharing!
