Have you ever wondered why God created some things? For example, why did God create mosquitoes? They are very annoying, cause itchy bites, spread disease, and buzz in your ear if they get in the house. I once saw a joke that said simply "Why didn't Noah swat those two mosquitoes?"
Today, I am wondering why God made sinuses. I have suffered from sinus pain for many years and have to avoid certain foods and environments to minumize my sinus headaches. My husband still complains every once in a while about how much we spend on decongestants.
Today is another one of those days. Usually when the weather is rainy I am guaranteed some major sinus pain. So when the clouds rolled in last night, I knew I would wake up with pain. OUCH! I think it is very odd that my worst time of sinus pain begins after the first frost and continues usually on through the month of Novermber and part of December. Isn't the frost supposed to kill all those nasty allergens?
So here I am, ticking down the days until the worst part of my year comes.
God? Why???
Loved the part about Noah. My daughter had the same thing and ended up having her adnoids out..they grew back which is very rare...but after the second time...she has done great. And when she does get a cold, it's never as bad as before.
