The Twins are Here!

My twins finally decided to make their grand entrance at 41weeks and 1 day on October 30th!  

Meet Charlotte Sophia, born at 12:27pm and weighing 7lbs 6oz



And Analisa Iris, born at 12:52pm and weighing 8lbs even

We had a natural home birth that was short and the recovery has been easier than anticipated. I will share the birth story soon, but for now there is a whole lot of this going on

    Oh, they look like little angels, newborns are seldom so pretty! And heavy for twins, too - congratulations!!!! I'm awed you carried 2 (!) such heavy babies and then had a relatively short home birth, you are amazing, and very blessed. I wish the little ones all the very best and a complete recovery to you. Congrats again.

    Hooray! Congratulations! You may quite possibly have the most remarkable twin pregnancy and delivery I've ever heard of. So, so awesome. I know you will likely have little opportunity for blogging with three so little, but it will be fun to continue following your story here.

    P.S. Sweet names! My Annelise is frequently called "Analisa" when people are trying to remember or pronounce her name. hehe ;)
