THIS RECIPE at a blog I frequent. I made it last weekend when we had company over and everyone was raving about it! I was shocked at how good it was. It is also decently healthy with so many vegetables in it. I used whole wheat pasta as well for added nutrition. The recipe also makes a ton of food (this is a 15x10 pan).
