I saw THIS RECIPE at a blog I frequent. I made it last weekend when we had company over and everyone was raving about it! I was shocked at how good it was. It is also decently healthy with so many vegetables in it. I used whole wheat pasta as well for added nutrition. The recipe also makes a ton of food (this is a 15x10 pan). Simply follow the link above and I promise you won't be disappointed.
I even made it again this week to have on hand, since it is perfect for freezing.

I wish I could make this, but Kalen HATES vegetables. :( It's so sad, living with a picky eater.
